What Is Covered
The Nuve BackRelief Pro™ | Nuve Seat Relief Pro Extended Warranty covers manufacturing defects, electrical malfunctions, and device failures under normal use. If your device stops working due to a defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Coverage Period
  • 2-Year Extended Warranty: Extends your total coverage to 3 years from the date of purchase
  • 3-Year Extended Warranty: Extends your total coverage to 4 years from the date of purchase
How to Make a Claim
Email support@nuveshop.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and arrange a replacement if your claim is approved.
What Is Not Covered
Physical damage from drops or misuse, water damage, and normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.
